How do I get liner OUT of the track?

I have water behind liner and need to put pump tube in to drain it...newer liner..had no trouble with old liner and old track previously ... But new liner and track harder to figure out. What do I need to use to get liner out track? And how? thanks

Is is pinned, with wedges or something else?

Oh, wait. You want to remove it with it in place. BUT . . . water behind the LINER virtually always means EITHER a liner leak OR high ground water level. Do you know which it is?

How far down is the water under the liner?
