    Default Update - Best CYA Level for Lots of Sun - Location Hawaii

    As promised I would update the level of CYA to use in Honolulu to keep the use of chlorine down. It is 55. At this level the pool losses 1 ppm of chlorine per 24 hours, going from 6 to 5.

    Good info. Im running 40ppm CYA and Im losing 1-1.5ppm FC per day in AZ with temps pushing 110. I finally got my SWc dialed in just right.
