Magnetech Pump problem

My pump stopped working this morning. I found a post on here that suggested I power everything and check the impeller from the skimmer basket.. I found a small rock and removed it. Hooked everything back up but can't get it to start. the pump is humming but doesn't power on. I shut the power off at the switch and the circuit breaker for 5 minutes but nothing.. any advice?
