Did you coil up the hose for storage or did you seperate all of the individual hoses and lay them flat? They say you're supposed to lay the individual sections flat so the hose doesn't get a memory effect of being coiled. How good is your suction? Also, check to make sure all of the cork feet are in place. Good luck!
