Cement Staining

Parts of the cement border around my pool are stained with some type of black mold. I tried Tilex and I tried a little acid. Neither removed the stains completely. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Try a powerwasher. It can do wonders.

Sounds like it may be mildew. Bleach, cut with water at 3 or 4 to one, will normally kill it.

Thanks. Those are both good ideas. I'm having my house pressure cleaned in about a week. I'll ask them to try pressure cleaning the cement. But, I'll try the bleach also.
