Reagent Reorder Lost in Transit?

Not sure if this is the right forum for this question but....

I ordered some reagent refills over 2 weeks ago. Now I'm completely out of CYA reagent and running low on CL DPD. (I've been converting to BBB and used a lot of stuff up that I wouldn't normally have.)

Does anyone know how long I might have to wait for my refills?

and

If it's much longer could someone recommend a brand that I can use in the meantime that's decent?

The Taylor reagents can be used with Ben's kit. If you check out this link he cross referecnes them.

This chart is for the PS 234 but it is applicable to the PS233 as well. Some pool stores carry the Taylor refill reagents. You can also order them online from Taylor Technolgies and some of them from Leslies. This should help you get through until your refill order arrives. You will probably pay a bit higher price than the same reagents from Ben.
