Any News on Shipping Times?

I placed order for refills on 4-13-2006. Order #1908.... At this point I have given up. I have requested status several times with no result. I just ordered all my refills from Taylor online and received in 2 days. I have requested a refund and if I get it great and if I don't I will consider it a learning experience. This site is a great learning experience with a wealth of knowledge and I hold no hard feelings.

I've cancelled your order, per your request. I thought I'd already refunded it, but obviously I hadn't.

I have now, and you should receive an email from PayPal to that effect.

I regret it, but I mishandled your order. I'd set it aside intending to email you telling you that you could get an entire kit for less than you were spending on refills. Unfortunately, amongst all the mistakes I've made this season, I also neglected to ever send that email. And, because I'd put the order into a suspended category, I never shipped it, either.

All I can say is that I'm very sorry.

Ordered June 12th, I got my kit today....what a nice kit!!!

Actually much more of a kit than I thought it would be. Really nice.

Got my test kit on July 5th. Order confirm 1916...
The kit had everything it was supposes to with no leakage My lesson is to order EARLY next year, not wait til everyone is clammering for refills!!

Got mine yesterday, great product. I tested this morning and all looks great. Could not do it without this awsome resource, and the help of all of you. No more paying high pool store prices, the gas prices are enough to deal with.

I got mine today, I was a 1917 series order number.

Thanks for the kit, it is a replacement for my older PS232 kit that I have had for years.

The only problem I had was that the lid of the FAS-DPD #1 powder was loose and spilled out some of the powder in the kit.
