    Default Straps Under Line

    Hi About A Month Ago I Had A 15 X 30 Ew Ag Installed.
    I Seam To Be Having A Problem The The Side Rails Of The Pool Have
    Bands The Go Across The Pool Under The Sand. From Outside Of The Pool I Am Starting To See One Of The Bands Through The Water
    From Inside The Pool I Can Now Feel The Lip From The Band.
    Does Any One Have Any Suggestions.should I Call The Installer.

    Sounds like they didn't add enough sand. I believe those straps need to be covered.

    Correct. And even worse the straps are very sharp against the liner. A tear caused by the straps could empty a pool very quickly. Yes, call the installer ASAP.
