    Bonding is running a bare copper #8 from the pump motors boning lug to the pools steel wall. You can attach it to one of the bolts that splice the pool wall together, run it down the plastic post to the motor. The electric for the pump motor must be 5' away fronm the pool with a twistlock(GFCI Breaker), otherwise I think it 10' if using a regular outlet(GFCI). All wires must run in a conduit once leaving the house, NO underground feeder cable allowed.

    Thanks for all of the information and the link. I am beginning to get a better understanding. That site gives a lot of information and it will take a bit to digest.
