Sorry, these numbers are impossible.
1st: You cannot have ANY of them less than 0. The concept is meaningless.

2nd: Total Chlorine (TC) BY DEFINITION is the sum of Free Chlorine and Combined Chloramines. It can NEVER be less than either of them.

Either the numbers are backwards or the Pool store tested messed up BIG TIME!!!!!

If, actually, the numbers are reversed and TC=6, FC=5.9 and CC=.1, you are in good shape.

The other numbers are fine.
