Glad you like your kit! Your numbers look pretty good. Just a couple of things you can tweak, but nothing major. You have 0.5 CC which isn't bad. If it goes any higher you can shock and clear it, or you can go ahead and shock now and clear it. Some people do shock at 0.5, and others don't unless it goes higher. Your alk is just a little high. Go to the "sticky" at the top of the alk forum for instructions on how to lower alk. Aim for a range of 80-125. Everything else looks very good!

I was wondering if I should shock at .5 CC or not, I might let it go since I want to use the pool this weekend.

My pool has never looked or felt better, this forum is a wonderful thing. I can't believe I went 9 years never knowing about CYA.
