Have a 27' round AGP with a 3/4 Hayward Power Flo LX with a top discharge and a sand filter. I want to change to a de filter. I have noticed that the de filters w/pumps have a side discharge to connect to the bottom of the filter.

Question - what would be the best method to connect from the top discharge of the pump to the de filter?
