    In case you're worried about lack of responses, I don't think you're being ignored, but it's possible that most readers are in my same position of not knowing what to say. My Autopilot didn't have any leak. What did Sean say about it? And just to check, what is the pressure in your filter housing?
    30'x16' (irregular) indoor gunite/plaster pool, 10k gal,
    Autopilot DLG-220 with SC-48 cell, 3/4 HP recirc pump,

    My last correspondence with Garvacious was for him to try repositioning the coordination of the cell body in reference to the pipe. That was the same day he called me and e-mailed this post. My guess is that it fixed the leak or I'm sure he would have responded...or that he's flooded from the manifold leaking (GULP)
