Question for PentairTech on IntelliTouch

At the factory we have a com port and we flash the boards their..
If you get image from out door all you do is retrieve proraming information but no firmware.

So basically there is no option for field applied firmware updates to the controller or any of the remotes?

Only our field managers have the ability to flash the boards.
