I had a couple of sharp edges on my bull nose brick. I smoothed them out using a 4.5 inch angle grinder with a diamond blade. It will cut a whole brick in half in about 40 seconds. Very dusty, but you can hose off the mess when done. The 4.5" blade is small enough that you can shape the brick and make circular cuts if needed. Good luck.
