    Default Safety ledge, rehabbing IG pool

    we are rehabbing an old IG that hasnt had water in about 8 yrs.
    should we rent a compactor for the sand or will hand trowling do the trick??
    we dont want to order the liner, install, then find a sinkhole or something from not compacting properly.
    any ideas??????????
