In taking your Cl level to 16 you ARE shocking. When using the BBB method, shock is an action you perform not a specific product.

Take a look at Ben's best guess table for reference in this link http://www.poolforum.com/pf2/showthread.php?t=365 to determine how much Cl you need to shock at a given CYA level.
