We've had limited success with cookies and pizza - but the bottoms get burned. Does anyone know of a technique/product that will get the bottom of the pan up higher off the grilling surface and still properly distribute the heat? It's very hot here in central Texas and we're shutting down the oven inside the house for a couple of months.
