Flood And Mud In Pool
Our pool was recently flooded. We elected to drain clean and fill at considerable expense. Based on where we are located I believe this will not be the last time this happens.
It has since been recommended that we use alum as a floc agent.
I believe that this will cause floculation, but my question is what issues will I have with this. I hear many people say they dislike floc agents and would never use them. Why is that. Are there long term effects. We had a lot of mud, and I assume there would still be a major cleanup but would this ultimately be better or worse than drain, clean and fill?
