Question Is there a simple way to estimate Head pressure?

I would lik to replace my pump and of course I want to install the proper size.
Is there a easy way to estimate head pressure.
    I have a 35k IG poolwith 3 suction and 3 return lines.

Filter psi reading under normal operations X 2.13 + 10 will get you fairly close.

rosrud, if you get your system head the way that duraleigh says, how will you use it to select your new pump?
