Pool: Apprx 29K gallons, white Gunite today, 30 years old. Good condition.

Issue:
I'd need to replaster my pool (spa plaster is actually delaminating, pool looks pretty good).

What steps are needed to go to a PebbleTec or PebbleSheen and any idea of the cost delta between PebbleTec and std gunite?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciate before I seek quotes!
