Radio shack has X10-230V modules, usually for appliances.
You'll not really save any money by running 230 volts (it costs the same: 230V @ 7 amps = 115 V @ 14 amps; P (power in watts) = I (current)x V(volts))
However, as thepoolman said, you'll save in breaker rating and wire gauges.
