    Default Can't raise PH

The PH seems to be stuck at 7.2. I have used the bleach calc to raise it to 7.4 to no avail

You're OK if your ph is 7.2. Anywhere between 7.2-7.8 is OK. But, your chlorine level is too low. With a cya reading of 45, your chlorine needs to be kept between 3-6 all the time. Also, using your chlorinator will cause your cya to continue to climb. We recommend 30-50, so if it were my pool, I'd discontinue using the chlorinator and just use bleach.

The other thing that using the pucks in the chlorinator will do is lower your pH. That's probably a big reason you can't get the pH up.
