Your algae problem is probably due to your CYA getting too high from the trichlor and dichlor you're using. REad through the sticky that Carl recommended, then test your water with a drop-based kit (or have the pool store do it for you, IF they're using drops instead of strips) and post results for Cl, pH, Alk, CYA, and Calcium. We should be able to get you going from there!
