Concerned about cleaner

I'm planning on buying an automatic cleaner for our 20,000 ag pool. I thought I would get a pool rover-I've read lots of the posts- and I called around the area here to get some pricing. No one has heard of pool rover after calling approx 8 stores. I am concerned because you would think at least one would have known about it. Any ideas? If not pool rover what else would work well for our pool? Thats for any help. Denise

I don't know if you've been following, but a number of us have had problems with Dolphin cleaners, and, even more so, their USA service company, Smart Pool.

I have to say, I would never buy a product that required Smart Pool as the service center again. I think even Dolphin's manufacturer in Israel, Maytronics, is getting fed up with them--they are costing Maytronics sales.

At this point, I'm staying away from other Maytronics products as well, again, because of Smart Pool's shenanigans.
