Default Floating liner? What to do/

We had over 10 inches of rain on Friday and Sat. and my ground is saturated. In the pool today we noticed that the liner seems to be floating a little in the shallow end. Not a lot, but it seems sort of soft and squishy where the wall meets the floor. Is this a serious enough problem to call the pool tech or should I wait to see if it goes down-will it go back by itself?

    Thanks.

Since nobody has responded yet I'll throw in my cents worth until you get a quarters worth of info. I'd use something like the vacuum brush to try and smooth it out and keep it from wrinkling as the ground water slowly subsides and it fills back out. No way of telling how long it will take but keep an eye on it and help it along as necessary.
