Are Residential Pools in California required to have 2 main drains at the bottom? If so, what are the rules for the required distance apart they must be? I am looking at a Pool that has twin bottom drains in both the main pool and the spillover spa. The drains in the spa are about 6" apart. Is this proper? What is the Code for this condition?
