Hello Mouse! Welcome to the Forum!! The same thing was going on in my pool when I found this site. Went from green to very cloudy. Now, I am by no means an expert, but what I did was vacuum it each day and kept adding bleach to it. In a couple of days I could see the bottom and in about a week it was clear again. By looking at your numbers, I think you need to increase your CYA up to about 30-40 and keep your FC ~5ppm.
