Ben's Test Kit Shipping Time

I am new to the site and recently ordered Ben's kit to get our new gunite pool on track from the start. How soon are the kits shipped after the order is placed? I ordered the additional salt test as well.

Ordered mine on 29 July 2006. The only communication I have recieved has been the "This order is void if you don't pay".

I ordered mine on 7/28 but haven't heard anything yet.

I got mine about 4 weeks after I placed the order. When I got it - there was a sticker that said "ground transport only" - I don't think they can ship these chemicals on airplanes.
