Stay far enough away from the fence so if the wind blows it down it won't hit the pool or equipment. Put all of the toys and swings and stuff to side of the pool, because at times they will use them more than the pool. I'd put the pool on the side away from the neighbors shed so that you don't have to have a close up view of it while your swimming. The link in my signature section shows how we did it.
