Went to the local pool store:

26,000 IG vinyl pool....Saltwater (400 lbs just added this morning) Just put in around 3-4 lbs of stabilizer. Poured 1/2 gallon muratic acid (all I had) I also have PH - which I may add.

What should be my next step?

I also have forgotton how much muratic acid to put in to lower PH by x amount.

Next step is to circulate for 4 hours, and retest. Post your numbers back here. I'm thinking your pH is still going to be high, so you may have to add that pH-. Right now though, it's a "wait and see" game.
