I guess really my overall uncomfortable feeling with the Anthony Sylvan salesguy was really making me question his statements. He was very good...but something in my gut did not feel right.

I plan on staying for a while (5 to 10 years)...so it may not be that big of an issue. But he made me think about spending an additional 7 to 8k for a A&S pool rather than vinyl for two reasons...resale value and heck the concrete pool does look a incredible.
