Gunnite vs Vinyl and Resale value

who else did you get quotes from? We are getting and inground vinyl pool. I am located in toms river. I don't know much about the concrete pools but I know people who have had vinyl inground for over 20 years with the same liner and no structural issues.

We started down the Vinyl road first. Met with Niagra Pool, PoolTown, Budds Pools. Pooltown was about 3-4 grand cheaper. Lots of them are going up around me here in Swedesboro area. Everyone seems to be happy.

Then I had Anthony Sylvan come in. Changed my mind a bit on what I wanted. I really like the Gunite...very nice.

We just met with VanBrill Pools today (just left actually). He spend a bunch of time with us on a custom gunite pool. Very nice, beach entry, buddy seat, nice package..etc. Small family business type,....I felt very comfortable with him and had a great gut feeling about him and VanBrill. And to be honest I am leaning towards them right now, and they are the most expensive out of all of them. but at the end of the day, got to go with the gut :-)

Anyone on these forums use VanBrill?
