Do pucks get old?
I have switched to BBB, but I have at least 25 pounds of 3 inch pucks left. Do these get old and ineffective, or can I keep these for use when I'm going to be on vacation for several days?
Thanks.

Re: Do pucks get old?
Seal 'em up, and save them for when you go on vacation...I have stored pucks from one summer to another before without noticeable reduction in strength..just make sure they won't get wet, and it wouldn't hurt to check the container once a month or so....one winter I happened to notice my trichlor container bulging at the top and bottom just in time to stop what was possibly a pretty interesting explosion!
