I mixed up the CYA in a bucket of warm water as instructed. I was pouring it into the skimmer. There are two pipes under the skimmer basket. One is pulling water in the other does not appear to be doing anything. The other skimmer is the same way. A good bit of that CYA settled down in the pipe with no suction. Is this anything to be concerned about. What's the purpose of the other pipe. I have a navigator cleaner if that makes any difference.
