pool filled BBB chemicals update - HELP!

Alright I've back washed, added 3 lbs of the CYA in the skimmer on the 12th and had the pump running non stop for 24 hours and added also 2 gallons of Bleach between the 12th and now and here are my results

Total Hardness 100
Total Chlorine 10
Free Chlorine 10
ph 7.8
Alkalinity 40
Stabilizer 0

what do I need to do next?????????

Not sure I understand the question.....what are you trying to do? Clean up your water? Balance your chemistry?

I would suggest about 8 lbs of baking soda to increase your Alk up around 100. Test again and be prepared to add some muriatic acid to bring you pH back down to around 7.5 (it'll probably go up a little when you add the baking soda)

That should do it.

Also, you need to wait a couple of days for the stabilizer to show up in the tests.
