Solar cover under winter cover?

Thanks for all the help- all season- does anyone know if you can leave your solar cover under the winter cover?

Only if you want to ruin it and have a mess come spring.

To clarify, at least with my thinking, a solar cover is relatively flimsy and when frozen or cold it would get brittle and sustain damage.
