De Filter Joint retainer

My DE filter has had a broken joint retainer and for over a month the pumps have not turned. The pool supply warehouse is unable to find the part, they already ordered two wrong ones.
What I know,is that the filter is over 15 years old, it is a NAUTILUS FNS ,and made by PAC FAB. The circumference is 59 1/2 inches and the height is 39 inches from the middle of the pressure valve to the black base. All of the serial and model numbers are no longer readable. I would appreciate help with this matter, if anyone has had a similar problem. I will also forward pictures of it to you, if that helps.
