You can disregard it. Your low pH compensates for the higher TA, but even if your pH were 7.5 you would still be fine. The only issue you *might* be seeing is a tendency for your pH to rise unless you keep your pool covered most of the time. The reason is that the low pH, high TA combination will tend to outgas carbon dioxide and that causes the pH to rise. You would then have to frequently add acid to keep the pH low. Eventually, this will lower your TA over time. Is that what you are seeing? Perhaps your fill water is high in TA so is keeping your TA high (if you backwash frequently, for example).
