    Default What heat pump NOT to buy?

    These heat pumps seem very similar, scroll compressors, titanium exchangers, warranty periods, COPs within range... What are the problematic brands and models?

    In regards to COP: Most companies will lie about their COPs. I know that AquaCal (www.aquacal.com) is accurate with their ratings. Ask the manufacturer for an independent lab test showing their COP rating.
