You can buy the caulking materials you are looking for at a commercial concrete materials supplier in your area. Well known brands are Vulkem and Sonneborn. Buy the self leveling or the slope grade; let the sales person advise you on the self leveling or slope grade - some manufactures slop grade will not level out. Do not buy gun grade caulk unless you want to make a mess and have a poor looking job. Make sure you use closed cell backer rod before the caulk. If you want a realy nice look pick out a caulk that is close to the color of the grout used for your coping material then sprinkle mason sand over the caulk while it is still wet; don't worry if you over do the sand once the caulk cures just sweep of the extra sand. Don't use play sand unless you want a white looking grout joint.
