Mike, I'm not sure how 'elementary' this would be, but have you tried killing all power to the unit for a minute, maybe it just needs to reset. (I don't have my tech manual here at the house) If this doesn't work, call Goldline and ~MAYBE~ you'll get one of the techs that actually knows what they're doing (in my experience it's a 'crap shoot' ).
