Salty Taste?

I can taste a little salt, some people are more sensitive to it than others.

Here is a quote from a blog I found

"Ocean water has a salt content of around 35,000 parts per million (”ppm”). Humans have a salt taste threshold of around 3,500 ppm. Most chlorine generators require a salt content of 2,500 - 6,000 ppm in the pool."

The salty taste is a non-issue for us, but it is there though very bland. On the plus side, I now love to open my eyes under water, something I never did when we used "pool chlorine"....

I agree. Much better on the eyes and very little taste if at all.
