I'm really not sure what happened, but the skimmer on our AG pool looks like someone took a sledgehammer to it -- cracks everywhere. I bought a replacement, but the screws holding the old skimmer in place are rusted out. I managed to finagle a couple out with a screwdriver, but the remaining ones are completely shot. I can't think of anything to do other than drill them out. Any thoughts/suggestions?
