I have a PS233 kit, and I like the label on the outside of the box, but mine's wearing a bit.

I'd like to print a new one, laminate it and use a dry erase pen to continue keeping my results in a handy place to track trends.

Does anyone know of a location to download an image of this chart, or have a chart on their kit in good condition that they would mind posting for people to use as a replacement for their kit?
