skimmer sox/knee hi's on sale

For those of you(me included) that use knee hi's as skimmer socks, Walgreens has Legg's everyday knee hi's on sale. Regular size-2 boxes of 10 pair for 10.00 and plus size-2 boxes of 8 pair for 10.00. Plus size fits my skimmers best.
Not a bad price considering I paid 6.00 for 5 individual socks at Leslies.
Cottonwood is blowing. Using skimmer socks is one of the best tips I have gotten on this site.

Oh boy, don't I know that. We had cut down all our cottonwoods around the pool area, but that stuff blows in from half way across the woods to the pool like a magnet. The skimmer socks save my filter.

yea. Donno about the cottonwoods, but here in SE PA - long pine needles and pump Impellers do NOT get along. I LOVE a little stocking in my skimmer.
