I cant get my chlorine up?

Hi Tom,

Sorry you're having problems. Is the Total Control showing any CHECK SYSTEM warning messages?
Is the 0.5 ppm your Free Chlorine or Total Chlorine?
When was the system installed?
Please perform a TEST POOL PILOT and let me know what the system shows...especially the Cell Amps and Volts.
How many hours per day is your pump running?
What is your ORP reading...and what is the set point?
