Unhappy Heater Header bolt rusted and broke off - Help!

I have a Raypack RP2100 gas heater about 4 years old. When I opened the pool I found a crack in the risen (Polymer) front header right where it was injection molded. Ordered another header a started to take off the old one. Noticed 3 of the 12 bolts on the bottom were rusted. I put on some lubricant and a little later started to open the bolts. Two were completely rusted and broke off. Is there a we to replace the bolts (maybe drill tap) or do I need to buy another set of pipes? The header was $300! I wonder how much will be the pipes. Any advice will be appreciated.
    Regards

Cool Re: Heater Header bolt rusted and broke off - Help!

They often send the bolts with the replacement part-- hope this is encouraging news

    Thanks waste,
I talked to the factory. The bolts are welded to the stainless steel plate. I have to drill and tap them and put in new bolts from behind and attach the header. Just a bit of headache.
