    While I'm sure that doing it dry, as per Dave and Al, will help to insure that the leak seals, I've had very good success using underwater 2- part epoxy. I think Al's method will do a better job than either Dave's or mine, but as he says - it will depend on whether the solvent will sufficiently soften the skimmer plastic.

    Good luck with the repair, if you have any ?s about the 2- part epoxy, just holler
