    Default Just filled the pool

I have an intex A/G frame pool (vinyl thingy - 15' x 48") Supposedly the water capacity is 4440 gallons.

We just filled it and I am going to start treating the water.

    Test results are:

    PH: 8.2
    CL: 0 ppm
    TA - 60

Which number should I adjust first?
How does lowering the PH effect the TA?
How does raising the chlorine effect the PH and TA?

The reason I ask these like this is becuase in the past I have had a problem with a crazy high TA level and I HAAATTEE that! I am trying to avoid whatever mistake I must've made to get that to happen.

    Thanks!

Chlorine and pH. Pretend like there is no such thing as TA. Yours is fine and will be all summer, barring insane amounts of rain.

    It will lower it some.

Not at all other than the trivial effect of the pH of the chlorine itself.
